The "BlogU Pick" List
I enjoy reading other blogs. Sometimes looking for great content and sometimes looking for an interesting layout. Sometimes for both. I have decided to add a new link section to my blog...The BlogU Pick List. This section will focus on design. I will add links to blogs that are interesting, creative , different or well designed.

Just to get things going, I found a blog that made me look it over. Usually I'm not a fan of a dark background (except for photoblogs), but the use of purple and gray text is very pleasing. The background is not plain...it has a soft glow on the left, but it doesn't compete with the text. The 3 column layout with light double borders adds interest. Plus I liked all the added touches in the sidebars. It wasn't boring. And it wasn't gawdy. Take a look at ShortNCurley!

ShortNCurley has a beautiful site. To bad he doesn't post more often.
@janet, yes, this version of his site is beautiful. But, it wasn't the template that I first saw. That is why I have sort of let this go by the way side. People change their templates often, and if I pick a site I like, the next week it may be different.
So, I'm sorta stuck. Do I remove this whole BlogU Pick thing, or just let it ride?
I know what you mean about people changing headers, (cough, cough)I do all the time.
Funny when people change their headers sometimes I don't know who they are right away as I identify with the header.
BlogUPick I wouldn't remove it.
@janet, thanks for the input. I will just leave BlogU Pick on the back burner, and perhaps someday work with it again.
